Macaron stuffed with pistachio cream, a flavor that overwhelms your senses

24 pieces of macaron macaroni with pistachio flavor

50 grams of pistachio

100 grams of butter

50 grams of powdered sugar (ground)

Setting method:

Grind the pistachios in the kibbeh until you have a smooth paste. In a separate bowl, mix the butter with sugar well until you have a cohesive cream.

Then, put the pistachio paste on the cream and mix them gently.Put some water in a spray bottle and spray the macarons until they are slightly damp.

Finally, put the pistachio cream on the macarons and leave them to dry in a cool, dry place for at least 5 hours before serving. This makes the macarons absorb moisture from the pistachio cream filling.
